Sales Team Leader - Personal Lines

Our client, a trading name of a multi award winning Personal Lines Insurance Broker is now looking to expand its exceptionally talented sales team by employing a proven Team Leader

Established nearly 15 years ago, the group is now one of the largest privately owned insurance brokers in the UK, employing over 200 staff across 2 sites

As a Sales Team Leader your duties will include:

Motivate team members to sell a variety of insurance and add-on products

Motivate team members to strive for targets

Train, support and develop team members

Ensure aggregator conversions are met and report results to management team

Assist department head to manage the day to day smooth running of the team

Deal with inbound and outbound calls

Lead by example

Shift work

The successful applicant as an ideal Sales Team Leader will hold the following skills and experiences:

A minimum of 3 years working within personal lines insurance

Minimum of 1 years' experience of managing / leading a team, particularly within a sales unit

Confident working in a fast paced environment

Able to develop, coach and motivate a team

Dedicated, hardworking and flexible

Working knowledge of OpenGi advantageous but not essential

After successful completion of a probation period, employees have the option of gaining their CII insurance qualifications, for which funding is provided.
