Due to expansion our prestigious market leading B2B Client seek to add an important hire to their already strong Client Account Management Team. The Client Management Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Client Manager Sales Manager in driving the team to achieve revenue and KPI targets across data and advertising brands from their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to help in delivering team renewal targets and associated KPI’s
  • Work with Client Managers to help in achieving set KPI’s and identifying areas for development
  • Assist in ongoing coaching with individuals and the facilitation of group training where required
  • Conduct monthly 1 to 1 review meetings with team individuals
  • Manage the team in the Sales Managers absence
  • Provide support to Client Managers as part of the negotiation process including calling customers as well as occasional customer meetings
  • Maintains weekly list of opportunities and updates whiteboard figures
  • Support the Sales Manager in accurately forecasting figures, reporting figures and sending daily highlights
  • Manage and coordinate the cross sell pipeline for the team
  • Coordinate automatic renewal process
  • Assist in the recruitment and induction of new employees and undertake performance management where necessary
  • Help to manage external BDM diaries to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Foster a positive and proactive working environment
  • Suggest improvements to current processes and help to manage changes within the team.

  • Personnel management experience
  • One to one coaching experience and skills
  • Customer account management / revenue generation
  • Consultative sales skills and experience
  • Good negotiation skills and good closing skills
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport whilst communicating internally and externally
  • Good IT skills Microsoft Office package
  • Planning/time management/self-organization and self discipline/highly motivated
  • Confident on the phone and willing to make proactive telephone calls / sit face to face meetings
