Sales Team Administrator
£19,500 per annum + bonus
Are you a highly capable and competent Administrator is looking for a challenging and interesting admin role within the fast paced environment of Retail and Distribution? Do you enjoy working in a customer driven environment and dealing with customers both over the telephone and through e mail? Due to continued departmental growth, we are currently working with our client to recruit a dynamic and hard working customer service administrators to work as part of a driven and hard working sales team.
You will be an excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Duties to include:
- Order processing
- Liaising with internal departments regarding customer orders
- Liaising with customers in relation to their orders
- Administration duties including raising quotations and e mailing customers
- Updating internal databases regarding order amendments
- Drafting and sending letters and e mails to customers
- Working with ERP system
The ideal person for this role will be organised, efficient and outgoing. You would be working as part of a Commercial team so strong communication skills and commercial acumen are also essential.
Whilst not essential, an additional language, such as Polish, Russian, Lithuanian or German would be highly advantageous for 1 of the 2 roles.
