A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well established business based in Uxbridge. This is a busy role that will require previous experience in Sales Administration. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving and monitoring sales order process
  • Communicating with the Sales Team to ensure effective processes and resolving of any issues
  • Ensuring all orders are being processed and completed on time from customer set-up to installation 
  • Internal quality process control (service dispatching process)
  • To communicate with customers where appropriate and assess their needs
  • Monitoring all ordering procedures to achieve targets and goals
  • Support the team with anything needed

Skills Required

  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Organizational skills
  • System knowledge; Outlook, Excel, Internet
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • SAP knowledge
