A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well established business based in Uxbridge. This is a busy role that will require previous experience in Sales Administration.
- Driving and monitoring sales order process
- Communicating with the Sales Team to ensure effective processes and resolving of any issues
- Ensuring all orders are being processed and completed on time from customer set-up to installation
- Internal quality process control (service dispatching process)
- To communicate with customers where appropriate and assess their needs
- Monitoring all ordering procedures to achieve targets and goals
- Support the team with anything needed
- Customer orientation
- Ability to work within a team
- Organizational skills
- System knowledge; Outlook, Excel, Internet
- Ability to work under pressure
- SAP knowledge
