Due to continued expansion, our client who are an award winning and leading mortgage specialist, are seeking to recruit a Sales Support Case Manager to support in the processing of 2nd charge mortgage applications.

Candidates will be responsible for supporting consultants in the processing of applications, including liaising with lenders and third parties and working in line with FCA regulatory requirements. You will support in managing external referrals for new enquiries from third parties and assist with correspondence on behalf the sales team.

Candidates will have proven sales support / office administration experience, ideally within a mortgage or broader financial services environment. You will be full conversant with Microsoft Office knowledge and strong organisational skills. You will have a commercial awareness of business requirements and strong communication skills.
