Sales Support

Our client is an office furniture dealer. They are looking to employ a Sales Support person to assist the sales team with producing quotations, processing orders and providing customer service.

Job Summary:

  • To free up the sales team’s time by carrying out all administration duties relating to order placing and processing
  • To provide first class customer service by responding to all client requirements immediately and efficiently
  • To ensure that all orders are dealt with smoothly, promptly and cost effectively
  • To work closely with suppliers in order to ensure the smooth running of orders from the date of placement to the delivery of the goods
  • To work closely with the sales team to ensure the brief from the client is understood
  • Produce quotations based on the client brief from the sales person
  • To part manage all projects with the sales person - this would include checking all order confirmations, chasing suppliers to ensure delivery dates are met and conveying all relevant information to the client
  • To compile tenders accurately and in line with the corporate identity of the company

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be innovative with drive, enthusiasm and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good written skills (particularly spelling and grammar)
  • Proficient with Internet, MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and creating PowerPoint presentations

Package:

  • Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
