My client, an International leading provider of testing products is on the hunt for their next supporting star !
Main duties will include
Managing customer accounts on CRM
Coordinating and recording consolidated shipping of samples to customer sites
Writing and proofreading product descriptions / marketing material
Liaising with printers and marketing for point of sale material
Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
Organising events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
Involved in the production of local marketing materials, including email blasts, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, etc
Processing sales orders
Resolving customer queries received via e-mail, post and telephone
Liaising with Credit Controller to produce managerial reports including basic analysis
Processing invoices as required on a daily/weekly and monthly basis
Producing monthly sales reports in Excel from CRM
Analysing sales reports, trend identification for downstream marketing activity
Ideal candidate is:
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Previous experience in two or preferably more: sales support, customer care, order processing
Strong Microsoft Office skills – with particular emphasis on Word & Excel use
Interpersonal skills and strong listening skills
Good grammar / excellent written English
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
25 days holiday with 8 days bank holiday
Death in service - 3 x annual salary
