Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • To acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Company's operational policies and related statutory regulations and to use this knowledge to assess and respond to requirements
  • Provide operational support to consultants and nurses on new and ongoing contracts
  • Manage accommodation requirements of candidates
  • Attend BLS training when required
  • Managing teams Termination Reports & Running Weekly Missed Opportunity Reports
  • Collating nurse availability - reporting figures to Pod Leader
  • Managing teams compliance reports
  • Working alongside Pod Leaders and Client team to support OTS and Accruals resolutions
  • Orchestrate Road Team appointments for shortfall Nurses
  • To review agreed objectives/action plan on a monthly basis to ensure they are reflective of evolving business requirements
  • To manage a positive presence on the desk - motivating self and others and to work together as a team with your colleagues and provide full support to your team manager


  • Accuracy and frequency of booked shifts uploaded
  • Incremental Increase % of compliance levels
  • Incremental Increase of % of available Nurses
  • Increased team contacts of available Nurses
  • Accuracy of POT 1 application
  • Reduction of OTS & Accruals
  • Reduction of Missed Opportunities
  • Prompt and accurate processing of data
