Sales Support

Duties and responsibilities within the role:
 Researching and collating sales lead information
 Inputting and managing relevent opportunities generated from marketing campaigns and events
 Processing new sales leads and making initial and follow up calls where required
 Managing the correspondance between the Business Development Manager and their clients
 Updating customer accounts, opportunities and tasks on CRM
 Collating data and reporting back
 Answering and making phone calls
 Préparation of quotations and supporting documentation
 Setting up meeting rooms for client meetings and training
 Preparing training material
 Coordination of training
 Analysing sales data
 Representation the company at exhibitions and events (where required)
 Carrying out research, arranging meetings and supporting the Training and Business Development Manager,

What we are looking for
Skills, experience, qualifications etc:
Qualifications (essential criteria)
 Good Mathematics and written English (A-C, GCSE or equivalent at least)
Experience (essential criteria)
 Telephone experience
 Experience in working with systems
 Report writing
 Researching

Experience (desirable criteria)
 Construction industry
 Working within an existing B2B sales enviroment

Knowledge & Skills (essential criteria)
 Good IT Skills (MS Office and working with databases)
 Strong Analytical Skills
 Good customer care skills
 Good written and verbal English
 Accuracy and attention to detail
 Good organisational skills
 An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
