Will be responsible for carrying out general day to day administration on behalf of the sales team. Ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within the timescale agreed by the business. Will provide administrative support to a team of Sales Executives. Renew existing business and invite existing business for renewal. Able to identify patterns and see problems. Ensure all details on the database are maintained and updated. Compose letters and emails as requested by the team. Communicating effectively through written and verbal communication. Will maintain a high level of work with good organisation skills.
Will possess good written communication skills. Efficiency and attention to detail. Oral communication and excellent customer service skills. The ability to work under pressure. Assertiveness and confidence. Will hold GCSE passes in Maths and English. PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
