Sales Support / Sales Administration
The client is a successful and expanding Professional Business Services company which provides consultancy, advice, and training solutions to a wide variety of corporates and organisations throughout the UK.
The role will provide comprehensive support to an expanding team of field based Sales/ Business Development Managers, with responsibilities including:
- Chasing and completing customer information forms for the Business Development Managers (BDM's)
- Completing site survey and audit forms for customers and the BDM's
- Organising and chasing Purchase Oder numbers
- Booking individuals on open courses
- Working with the support team on Eventbrite bookings.
Candidates will have related experience of providing support to remote based Sales, Business Development, or Account Management teams, and will have a strong customer service ethic. You will be IT literate, highly organised, motivated, and will need to have strong communication skills.
