We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Operations Support Administrator based at our Acton office in W3. We are looking a strong individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team on a full time permanent basis to assist with a high volume of support.

The ideal candidate will be fully IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook packages. The company are also utilising a CRM system so candidates familiar with this would be advantageous. Minimum of 1-2 years admin experience. Alternatively this would suit a graduate who is looking for their first role in Sales Admin.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain Sales databases including the National Sales Database, SageACT CRM software, excel databases and other software requirements. Training will be provided for any other systems
  • Manage National Account agreement procedure and organisation
  • Write memos, customer letters and templates relating to the sales team as well as proof reading any written by the team prior to distribution to the network. Excellent grasp of written English required
  • Manage Franchise Agreements and all associated admin for the Operations team
  • Report generation for both customers and the Sales team
  • Minute taking in meetings and subsequent distribution of those minutes
  • Diary management for Senior Staff
  • Organisation of Sales and Commercial meetings

Person Specification

  • Detail orientated and methodical approach to work
  • Experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Passionate about quality and customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communicating with customers and colleagues on technical and complex matters
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under deadlines
