Our client is looking for an Sales Support Manager who has had experience of overseeing the operation of a CRM system; this is essential for the role as along with the Office Management duties, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for dealing with the IT people, ensuring all the sales and marketing database is smoothly moved over to the new system. It is essential that you are techsavvy and be prepared to embrace all the issues, hiccups and problems that occur when moving from one system to another

In addition to this the Sales Support Manager is responsible for as follows:

  • Social media marketing
  • Producing sales reports
  • Marketing duties such as sending out brochures and ensuring website is up to date
  • Sending out and following up on quotations
  • Data analysis
  • Managing the CRM system including sales reports on sales activity such as sales performance, sales pipeline conversion information, sales leads analysis
  • Management of leads and passing through to the sales team

Skills required for the position of Sales Support Manager

  • Must have a real interest in IT and have a strong understanding of CRM systems particularly the operation of and the capabilities of such a system to fully maximise the potential for the business
  • Marketing, particularly with regards to Social Media Marketing
  • Ability to manipulate information to create meaningful sales reports
