Sales Support Manager

Verastar are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Manager to join their team based in South Manchester, Northenden. The main aim of the Sales Support Manager will to be a facilitator of requirements within sales across the company and enforce the continual advancement and progression within the department. Reporting directly to the head of new provisions this role will include the direct management of 4 teams, making sure they adhere to company and government regulations, building internal and external relationships, ensuring the improvement of systems and databases, whilst upholding the highest quality of service provided.

The daily tasks will consist of:

  • Providing a support network for over 450 agents across our 13 sites and database of 1500 Partners
  • Management of lead flows for Verbal and Paper Sales Teams
  • Being a lead influencer on the design, development, testing and implementation of bespoke in-house software (CRM, Lead Manager, Submissions Portals, Communication Manager, Electronic Registers and Performance management)
  • Increase Cross Sales Opportunities
  • Ensure that a calibration function maintains consistent across QA
  • Create and implement processes that will ensure accuracy customer data collection
  • Providing detailed reports to our verbal sales departments
  • Drive increased live rates through ensure positive customer interactions and identify key training requirements
  • Delivery of product and sales audits to the wider business
  • Management of all Commission structure at all sales
  • Commission and Performance Reporting
  • Keeping up to date with Industry knowledge and procedures
  • Developing team skills (1:1, quarterly performance objectives and transparent KPIs)
