Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
· Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
· Sales Pipeline Support: Support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, managing customer data, tracking sales progress, and ensuring smooth handovers between marketing, sales and client relations teams.
· Customer Engagement: Support customer outreach and relationship-building efforts, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of our services.
· Service Presentation: Help prepare proposals tailored to meet client needs and showcase our offerings.
· Administrative Support: Provide administrative sales support to the Go-to-Market team, including scheduling meetings, managing communication, and maintaining documentation.
· Reporting & Tracking: Maintain tracking systems for market activities and report on key performance metrics, including customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
