The Role
As part of the brand’s exciting growth, we are looking for a confident, organised, and polished professional to provide exceptional support to our UK and international sales teams.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering the high-touch service experience expected from a luxury brand—managing after-sales communications, processing and dispatching orders, and liaising daily with B2B clients, agents, and distributors.
When needed, you will provide cover for sales colleagues during business travel or annual leave, ensuring the smooth running of operations and maintaining the impeccable service standards our clients expect.
