A prestigious luxury design brand, celebrated globally for its refined aesthetic and timeless craftsmanship, is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join its welcoming and dedicated team in Islington, London.

Proudly made in the UK and distributed to clients in over 60 countries, the company continues to set the standard for quality and excellence within the luxury interiors sector.

The Role

As part of the brand’s exciting growth, we are looking for a confident, organised, and polished professional to provide exceptional support to our UK and international sales teams.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering the high-touch service experience expected from a luxury brand—managing after-sales communications, processing and dispatching orders, and liaising daily with B2B clients, agents, and distributors.

When needed, you will provide cover for sales colleagues during business travel or annual leave, ensuring the smooth running of operations and maintaining the impeccable service standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all after-sales queries, ensuring swift and effective resolutions that reflect the brand’s luxury service ethos.
  • Liaise with logistics and production teams to provide timely updates to clients on live orders.
  • Support the sales team with quotations, proforma invoices, balance payments, and order dispatches.
  • Maintain and update CRM and MRP systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the sales department runs efficiently.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering service that matches the standards of a luxury brand.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities with poise and professionalism. You’ll enjoy working in a creative, design-led environment and take satisfaction in ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong numeracy and literacy.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
  • A genuine interest in luxury interiors, design, or lighting.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems (training provided; knowledge of Prospects CRM is beneficial).
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
