My Client based in Ipswich Town Centre is looking for a Sales Support Executive (Fixed Term Contract) 6 months to join their team. This is a fantastic company to join, they are looking to recruit based on the fact they are growing in size.
Duties will include –
Providing comprehensive support to the sales functions
Data entry via the CRM system Salesforce
Preparation of prices and quoting, providing pricing on time and ensuring is correct and signed off.
Investigation of queries, analysis and problem-solving
Management of back-end processes
Elements of the deal approval process, e.g. gaining credit approval.
Liaising with Customer Services and Billing to improve customer service and experience.
This role has become available as they need assistance with the recent increased workload.
You will have previous customer service or administration experience with the ability to think in an analytical way. You will also have good attention to detail, strong data entry skills along with Microsoft Excel experience.
You will receive an attractive salary of £18,000 per annum plus very competitive benefits such as 7% Pension, annual bonus scheme, 25 days holiday, BUPA healthcare and Japanese lessons. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
