Sales Support Executive

This is a wonderful opportunity to work for one of my favourite clients. They are my favourite due to offering a lovely working environment, promoting from within and have shown a steady year on year growth of the business. This a newly created role and would suit an experienced sales administrator with an eye for detail and accuracy coupled with a positive attitude.

Duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the new business sales team and Sales Director
  • Update the website with special offers and promotions
  • Keep quotes and manufacturer information up to date and accurate
  • Respond to sales leads and incoming enquiries via email, texts and telephone calls
  • Handle with diplomacy any customer complaints and issues
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys (email or telephone)
  • Provide the sales team with data or reports as required
  • Arrange appointments with customers and prospects
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Check sales packs prior to approval and filing as required

To be considered for this role:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good standard of education
  • Sales administration experience
  • Must be a car driver as there is no public transport access
  • Excellent communicator and confident
  • MS Office literate - with excel skills
  • Determined and motivated
