A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service driven individual to join a leading organisation based in Ipswich. Our client is currently seeking to appoint a Sales Support Assistant to strengthen their dedicated Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a first class service to their customers and for dealing with customer queries in a professional, timely and effective manner. You will also be required to ensure that customer statements are issued accurately and on time to assist in managing prompt payment.
To be considered for this role applicants must have customer service or administration experience gained from within a contact centre/telephone based environment and display a passion for providing excellent customer service. Excellent IT skills are imperative, including the use of Microsoft Word & Excel, along with having a being highly motivated and a good team player. Previous experience in the utilities industry would be advantageous but not essential.
