Our client, an award-winning Event Management and Talent Management Agency has a brand-new opportunity for a highly organised 'Sales Support Executive’ to join their dynamic team in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to kick start their career into sports and events sales and work with some of the biggest brands in the world.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative duties in order to support the company’s sales process - from lead generation to partner launch, and everything in between. You will be the primary contact in the Sales Team, therefore gaining you contacts across all major sport events and entertainment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaising with venues and events on availability and prices in
  • Updating sales support materials with pricing/offers
  • Assisting with the creation of client proposals and pitch presentations
  • Lead generation including data entry
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team through Salesforce
  • Distributing hospitality packs/ticketing to clients
  • Support the sales team on projects where necessary
  • Incoming new business leads - from initial enquiry to conversion and handover

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum 1+ years’ experience in a sales/customer services environment
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good customer care skills including excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Works well within a team
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, results oriented problem solver
  • Previous experience with the SalesForce preferred
  • Competent with MS Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
