ROLE PURPOSE

Commercially astute and dedicated to providing great levels of customer service, the sales support team is an integral part of the sales cycle, being the first point of contact for customers. The Senior Sales Support Executive fulfils the role of the Sales Support Executive and provides day-to-day support to the Sales Support Executives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all order activities for global sales, including order entry, amendments and invoicing.
  • Interface with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree stock allocation and customer order expedites.
  • Work with logistics partners to ensure shipments have proper documentation for shipping and customs clearance.
  • Actively support the Sales Managers to market the product range, engage in up-selling activities, and maximise customer service.
  • Manage invoicing, accounts payable activities, and compliance with customers’ Letters of Credit.
  • Manage sales administration and customer enquiries in person, by telephone and e-mail.
  • Identify, expedites, or escalates any issues likely to impact agreed delivery dates.
  • Provide financial and commercial reporting information including sales volumes, profitability, credit management, and budget preparation support.
  • Provide support during tender and contract process.
  • Distribute marketing communications and supports exhibitions as required.<span style="font-famil
