Sales Support Executive/Administrator

The Role

The main focus of the role is to assist the Sales Executives in maintaining a detailed and accurate project portfolio, to provide customer service support to a diverse range of customers externally and colleagues internally.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience within a Sales Support/Sales Admin role

  • Aptitude for information reporting

  • Demonstrable experience using Sales databases

  • High level of attention to detail, numeracy and literacy skills

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and a confident phone manner

  • Highly organised, with the ability to ensure that projects are tracked effectively

  • Proactive and driven to support the achievement of budgeted Sales Revenue.

Key Duties

  • Work alongside the Sales Executive in maintaining the accuracy of their project portfolio. Accurate project information, dates and statuses to be maintained.

  • Qualify newly priced projects and identify programme and scope for SAS.

  • Identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients for non- SAS specified opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with members of the Sales and Project Development department.

  • Promote and develop the after sales approach to SAS sales opportunities, particularly in the dilapidation market.

  • Provide sales & technical support to new and existing customers, supported by the team.

  • To develop a good knowledge of the construction and property industry.

  • Provide comprehensive reports of a qualitative or quantitative nature of their business regions or sectors.

  • To develop a good working knowledge of SAS’s product range and SAS project history.
