The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premier customer experience, managing the order process from customers and ensure on time delivery and being able to build, maintain and enhance customer experience.
A thorough gasp of what constitutes good customer service
Excellent communication skills - listening, written, verbal and non - verbal
ICT Skills - intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
Effective organisational and time management skills
Confidence and capacity to work independently and on own initiative
Italian or other European language
Knowledge of the market
Ability to absorb technical knowledge
Ability to understand pricing complexities
Experience of working under pressure and a calm demeanour
Prior customer service experience ideally within an international trade environment
