Due to ongoing growth we have a brand new opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a busy and successful team on a permanent full time basis just outside Banbury. This is a brand new role due to ongoing growth. Your prime role will be to raise, monitor and maintain the sales process from start to finish.
You will be joining a well respected Digital Media company who are leaders in their field.
Key competencies for the Sales Support Coordinator:
·Processing sales and raising orders on CRM system
·Speaking with customers on a daily basis
·Updating the database
·Project management support
·Responding to customer requests
·Liaising with suppliers, negotiating and building a strong rapport
·Stock control and inventory management
·Administration work for the sales team
Key skills required for the Sales Support Coordinator:
·Exceptional customer service skills, able to build a rapport with customers
·Previous experience of order processing
·A natural problem solver
·Confident communication skills
·Solid administration experience
·Excellent attention to detail
·Strong IT skills
·A positive self starter able to use your initiative
·Account management skills
·Have worked with a CRM system
·Work well under pressure and able to prioritise in a changing environment
·Used to working to deadlines
·Highly organised and methodical
·Positive and driven, able to multitask
·Commercial, able to make decisions with a business perspective
With a salary of between £19,000 and £25,000 DOE standard office hours, great benefits and a contemporary new office space.
