Selective Recruitment Solutions have registered an exciting, new opportunity for a Sales Support Co-Ordinator to work with our highly respected technology client based in the Witney area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-starting individual to join an established team, managing a busy and varied workload.

The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and provide administrative support to a busy sales and marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, confident and adaptable individual who is able to work within a team but also perform well independently across a number of projects.

Job role:Sales Support Co-ordinator
Location:Witney area, Oxfordshire
Salary:£21,000 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours:9am - 5pm
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Primary Duties;
*Booking travel and preparing itineraries for sales and technical staff
*Action and update CRM leads on a regular and timely basis
*Liaison with customers for roadshows and webinars
*Reviewing tender portals and social media to identify sales opportunities
*Collating information from sales and marketing team
*Project administration to assist sales, including some customer interaction
*Assisting with new employee induction programme
*Sourcing official/legal documentation
*Organising document translations from third party providers

Candidate Specification;
*Previous experience in a sales/administration role (desirable)
*Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role (desirable)
*Good at building relationships, with the ability to communicate at all levels
*Capable of working to tight deadlines under pressure
*Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to support multiple projects
*Good working knowledge of MS Office
*A good level of numeracy and a high degree of attention to detail will be required
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*Additional European language skills could be an advantage
