Sales Support Coordinator

Adecco Durham is working on behalf of their client and has a fantastic opportunity to join a well established business as a Sales Support Coordinator.

Our client is a market leader in their field and they have a caring approach which ensures that their developments have a positive long term effect on the local and wider community. For over 200 years, we've been helping businesses and individuals grow their network, knowledge, influence, and reach.

This is a permanent position and this key role is full time ( 35 hours per week), my client offers a very competitive salary of £18,000 basic plus a bonus opportunity of £5,000 plus benefits.

The main objectives of the role are:
*Identify prospective members through desktop research.
*Generate appointments with prospective customers and account management of existing customers.
*Directly contact businesses through telephone, email and social media generating appointments.
*Align customer growth activity with marketing campaigns
*Assist with customer enquires
*Maintain accurate CRM records
*Develop referral networks with clients

*You will have a proven track record of B2B sales and account management experience.
