Globe Locums Ltd, the UK’s medical recruitment agency run by clinicians for clinicians, have the following Sales Support Assistant Role at our Fleet Street, London office.
We are currently looking for an intelligent, spritely individual to support our Cardiac, Therapy and Sonography sales desks. In this role, you will be working closely with these teams and will be responsible for general office and sales administration.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Following processes to ensure candidate time sheets are approved on time
- Uploading hours onto time-sheet portal
- Assisting with emails and checklists
- Keeping the database up to date
- Assisting with Compliance administration
- Other general admin duties
The successful candidate will possess:
