Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Sales Support Coordinator to join a fast paced technology led business. Working closely clients and Area Sales Managers, you will play a key part in exciting new projects and work within a great team environment. The Sales Support Analyst will build strong lasting relationships with suppliers and clients and act as their Account Manager going forward. The Sales Support Analyst will also be responsible ensuring seamless delivery of all sales administration including sales analysis for the sales organisation and report these into the Area Sales Managers. In return, the Sales Support Analyst will work within modern offices Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and get an hour for lunch, free parking, 25 days holiday and Bank Holidays, pension scheme and an inhouse benefits package.

To apply for the Sales Support Analyst position, you will have a strong attention to detail and ideally a minimum of 6-12 months’ experience working within a fast paced admin or customer service environment. You will also have strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous reporting skills would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategy within territory as set forth by the Manager
  • Leverage all available tools and technology, product and services to create best in class experience
  • Drive sales by product sourcing through all available channels
  • Assist in building weekly/ monthly sales plan and review with Manager
  • Achieve monthly goals through relationships with existing accounts, as well as new accounts
  • Conduct quarterly account performance reviews with management team
  • Attempt to resolve or escalate any service issues that arise for assigned customers to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Consult with existing customers to help identify new opportunities for those customers
  • To provide outstanding support to National Accounts teams in order to assist achievement of their targets through both incoming and specific outbound sales calls
  • Detailed analysis of dealer/area purchases and sales
  • Using all data available to gain complete knowledge of dealers and to identify sales opportunities
  • Forming both professional and productive relationships with area managers field team and retailers
  • Regular phone contact with dealers within area of responsibility and each day with assigned area managers
  • Handling incoming and outbound sales calls in a professional and effective manner
  • Database management and cleansing
  • To take reasonable care of your own safety and as necessary the safety of others by taking an active role in ensuring that health and safety rules and procedures are followed
  • To complete other duties as may be required from time to time
  • The ability to identify opportunities within area of responsibility
  • Performance feedback from customers, management, peers, internal departments
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual personal objectives
  • Quality and quantity of input into team performance
