Sales Support Administrators
20 hours per week on a shift rota basis Mon-Saturday, shifts between 7.30am – 6.00pm
Pro rata Salary based on the 20 hours per week is £8340 which equates to £8.00/hour
Temporary Contract to the end of December 2018 (Potential permanent opportunity)
Purpose of Role
My client is looking for enthusiastic Sales Support Administrators to join their Telesales team to help grow the company’s customer base and increase revenue by generating sales.
Reporting to the Telesales Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
Managing both inbound and outbound calls
Processing orders/enquiries from current and new client accounts
Building relationships with current repeat customers
Upselling to current clients informing customers of sales promotions
Maximising the distribution of products to our clients base
Supporting BDM’s with pricing, cold calling and upselling
Provide support in processing of credits
• 6 months customer service/call centre experience
• Excellent organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy sales environment
• Proficiency in the use of computer packages
• Previous telesales experience would be an advantage
