Sales Support Administrator
Due to our ongoing expansion we are now seeking to recruit an excellent administrator from a sales support administration or order processor administrator background with good knowledge of Microsoft Packages & Excel to support our sales team from our vibrant & friendly offices.
The role is full time & permanent M-F 8.30-5pm with a salary of 17.5-18k dependent on experience
Applicants must have:
1-2 years Administrative experience & ideally be familiar with Amazon
1-2 Years experience in order processing & or sales support
Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills in an office environment
Responsibilities
Update & track orders placed on external & internal systems
Take orders from Amazon & place on our in-house systems
Monitor stock levels & orders liaise with Field sales teams
Provide Administrative support to Sales & service teams
Cancel & rebook orders
Work as part of an administrative team to support the Sales Account Management team
