The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for Sales Support Administrator for their client, a manufacturer based in Witham.

Duties will include:
*Processing After Sales Orders on the in-house software system which requires technical knowledge of our Windows and attention to every detail is a must, ensuring all work is right first time, on time, every time.
*Also assisting Quotation processing for all Quotations
*Thoroughly vetting Orders for sign off.
*Training and use of in-house "Origin" database.
*Maintain Effective Communication with the other team members of the Sales Department.
*To ensure errors kept to a minimum and reduced on an ongoing basis.
*To provide professional customer service levels at all times and ensure customer queries and problems are dealt with promptly as and when they arise via effective liaison with other departments.
*Aftersales Admin. Cover, to arrange site visits and maintain the Service Engineers outlook calendar.
*Attendance at trade shows as required.
*Answering telephones as necessary and overflow calls from reception, ensuring adequate cover during lunchtimes with other team members.
*Any other duties that may be required as necessary to meet the needs of the employers business.

Experience/skills required:
*Proficient skills in Outlook and Excel
*Good Communication skills

This role is paying £16,000.
