A new and unique opportunity has arrisen within one of the top employers in Welwyn Garden City! This is a new position to link the New Business Sales and Customer Service Teams and will be a vital support function in the growth of the business. 

Your working week will consist of 37.5 hours and working days will be Sunday (6hours) - Thursday, your days off will be Fridays and Saturdays.

You will be focused on Sales and Customer Data Analysis as well as commercial support, speciffically looking to identify customer trends and retention. In addition to this you will be speaking with customers to take orders and process these on to the system.

Duties will be split across the 2 teams and will include:

Direct support to the wider Commercial Team and Customers
To present monthly patterns and trends in Customer sales through reports also including competitor information.  
Analyse data of lapsed clients 
Point of contact for sales cover on behalf of  and to support the Sales Reps
Act as the lead for promotions and product focus
Occassional customer site visits to conduct research to support sales reports and findings exc
Process incoming orders for customers on to internal system
Contact clients by phone and email to process orders
Post samples out to clients on behalf of Sales Reps
Participate in occasional presentations and samples to customers to boost product knowledge
