Experience in a similar role from a recruitment background is essential as is Excel skills.

Duties include : Managing the teams business figures
                          Uploading timesheet figures
                          Processing new bookings
                          Booking accomodation for Doctors
                          Checking online portals

Ideally we would like you to be not too job hoppy, a solid work record in this area would be perfect, keen to progress, have any eye for detail, accuracy and good strong people skills.
