Sales Support Administrator

This well regarded Wealth Management business based in Golders Green (North London) are currently looking to recruit a IFA Administrator to join the existing team and assist the team of Financial planners.

Duties will include:

- Providing an efficient new business support for advisers, including pre-sales research and preparation of Suitability Reports, processing, liaising with product providers and clients in a timely manner and checking that all compliance requirements are met

- Providing support in relation to the preparation of valuations and client review documentation to allow the advisers to conduct efficient client meetings

- Provide post meeting support to consultants ensuring that all work is completed accurately within agreed timescales

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with good technical knowledge and have the capability to plan and prioritise assignments in a busy environment. You must have a solid understanding of life, pensions and investment contracts and of regulatory and compliance requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced person to join a successful IFA firm in an IFA Advisor Support role.
