Sales Support Administrator

My client requires someone to hit the ground running and support the sales team with administrative tasks from the 12th May to the 21st May.

Client Details

My client is one of the largest independent cleaning providers to the South East of England.


Tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • First point of contact for sales enquiries
  • Diary management of the team
  • Preparing proposals in word format
  • Keeping the database updated
  • Assisting with Tenders and uploads
  • Attendence in team meetings
  • Producing reports highlighting the progress and performance of the sales team
  • Completion of PQQs and Tenders
  • Ad hoc admin duties as required


  • You must be available for the dates 12th - 21st May
  • Exposure to a similar role/ tasks is essential as you will be required to hit the ground running
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Exposure to PQQs/ Tenders is desirable
