Our client, based on the outskirts Thirsk is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a temp - perm basis.
York role would be to support both internal sales teams and customers as well as assist with reception duties.
Your duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting with customer queries
- Processing orders onto the company database using Sage
- Putting quotes together for customers
- Account management - dealing with queries, keeping customers updated with time of arrivals and any issues with orders, processing orders, letting customers know of any new discounts/products that are available
- All associated administration - filing, photocopying
- General reception duties
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be well presented, with a good telephone manner and great attention to detail.
