Our client, based on the outskirts Thirsk is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a temp - perm basis.

York role would be to support both internal sales teams and customers as well as assist with reception duties.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting with customer queries
  • Processing orders onto the company database using Sage
  • Putting quotes together for customers
  • Account management - dealing with queries, keeping customers updated with time of arrivals and any issues with orders, processing orders, letting customers know of any new discounts/products that are available
  • All associated administration - filing, photocopying
  • General reception duties

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be well presented, with a good telephone manner and great attention to detail.
