Permanent Sales Support Administrator Vacancy

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday - 9am - 5.30pm

Friday - 9am - 5pm

Salary £18,500 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Sales Support Administrator looking to join an exciting, growing and dynamic company based in a very prestigious building in Glasgow City Centre? If so, then please read on as my client is looking for administrative support to assist their sales team and ensure excellent levels of service for customers.

Job Description

  • Management of all incoming orders
  • Raising customer order forms to be sent for sign-off
  • Support sales staff by developing an interest in orders, incoming calls and general
  • business
  • Communicate professionally with sales staff and deliver solutions when issues arise
  • Ordering customer products
  • First updates provided to clients/ partners on delivery timescales & regular customer updates provided during order process
  • Finance quotation secured
  • Finance paperwork generated and issued in timely manner to clients/
  • partners
  • Request commission invoices
  • Send all completed paperwork to delegated Finance Company
  • Scan completed paperwork
  • Deal with adhoc queries from customers, and provide information as required
  • Promptly and professionally receive all telephone calls (over spill from reception)
  • Maintain all scanning systems connected to your role
  • Keep work area clean and tidy and maintain clean desk policy

Qualification/Skills required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • A good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
  • A sound Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Demonstrate an intimate knowledge of customer needs, empathise with customer's situations and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty
