Sales Support Administrator

Our client based on the outskirts of Northampton are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator with excellent excel skills to join their vibrant and growing team.

Please note, due to location, you must have access to your own vehicle and a UK driving licence.

Duties Include:

  • Completing accurate sales and stock forecasting using various excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as; order processing, order tracking
  • Completing various presentations for the sales team
  • Liaising with customers on a day to day basis, dealing with any enquries and consistently building rapport with them
  • Attending on and off site client meetings with the sales team
  • Preparing sales meetings, taking notes and preparing the room where required
  • Taking inbound telephone calls
  • Responding to customer emails in an accurate and timely manner
  • Accurately uploading client information via an online portal within the relevant timescales

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent skills and knowledge of Excel - confident using complex spreadsheets
  • Keen team player with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Experience working within an administrative role, preferably within a sales team
