As the Sales Support Administrator you will deliver a first class service at all times, managing relationships with brokers to help retain existing customers and increase contract renewals. You will play an active part in monitoring the renewal and pricing mailboxes, resolve any queries and ensure all data is uploaded accurately for the provision of reports and management of customer information.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Retain a portfolio to help with renewals, in line with team and retention targets
  • Actively monitor and allocate workloads within the renewal and pricing mailboxes
  • Analysis of received tenders checking prospect status to existing portfolio
  • Responsible for setting up new business tenders, renewal contracts, process new installations within defined targets and daily post
  • Ensure third party relationships are maintained and developed where possible to achieve optimum profitability from clients
  • Actively communicate with terminated customers to maximise quoting opportunities and ensure customer expectations are met and retained
  • Assist in resolution of team query logs
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and third parties assisting with questions and queries
  • Liaise with different departments throughout the business regarding the management of customer accounts
  • Ensure all data is accurate and uploaded correctly into systems without impact to overall sales processes ensuring 100%+ of all tenders set up are quotable
  • Liaise with sales reps on tenders to ensure accurate set up of data to sales requirements
  • Send daily renewal and terminated customers figures to the sales team
  • To actively improve all current processes and provide innovative solutions
  • Act in accordance with the companies risk procedures and guidelines
