Sales Support Administrator required for our client in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position with an annual salary of £18,500 + bonus.
Hours of work are 9 - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
As Sales Support Administrator you will be supporting various teams within the business by ensuring that all tender quotes and orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will provide customer service and all related administrative tasks throughout the designated regions.
To act as a contact point for customers across the territory and to respond to customer enquiries promptly.
Respond to daily customer sales enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Process tender quotes within deadlines.
Ensure accurate pricing is applied.
Ensure exemption requests are logged correctly and track sales for these accordingly.
Liaise with Customer Service to ensure swift execution of orders
Ensure freight instructions is transmitted to all concerned.
Ensure product can be supplied, in case of unavailability check with Manager/LC for substitutions.
Essential Requirements for the Sales Support Administrator
A Level standard education or equivalent
Good organisation skills with attention to detail
Able to work to deadlines
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Microsoft Office skills (intermediate level)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management
Background in Office Administration
Background in International Customer Service would be an advantage
Experience using a CRM database
Dynamic, enthusiastic and articulate
