Ashley Grey Executive Search are currently recruiting for a Sales Support/Administrator to join a family run business at an exciting time of growth. Working in a small team, everyone knows everyone, and communication is exceptionally good.
Do you have excellent administration, organisational and communication skills? Can you work to deadlines and prioritise whilst managing a varied workload? This could be the role for you!
You will be required to provide administrative support to a small sales team through a proactive and forward-thinking approach. You must be able to think ahead, coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, arrange paperwork/ documentation/samples and ensure the sales team have all necessary information for their meetings. Planning is essential as is attention to detail.
You will assist with the set up of new customer accounts, gathering all required information and uploading data to the CRM system. You must be confident, have excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
