Operating out of modern purpose built offices, the successful candidate will work with a worldwide customer base.
The role is a mixture of Customer Service, Sales administration and Project Management so we are looking for a strong customer focused individual who are looking to pursue a career in sales administration.
This role is exciting and fast paced and you will join an established growing team.
1. Handling new customer orders - This process can take a few months to finalise so therefore requires ongoing project management
2. Liaise with suppliers to finalise final product proofs prior to completing order
3. Assisting the sales team with quotations
4. Managing customer specifications, liaising with heads of departments to ensure everything is correct and signed off within timescales given
5. Sending out customer samples and taking feedback
6. Acknowledging client orders
7. Sending out brochures
8. Handling general customer and supplier enquiries
Ideally you will have -
Previous customer service and sales administration experience.
A passion for personal development and looking for an organisation which can offer this.
