Sales Support Administrator / Eastbourne / Administration
A leading and well respected business within the Eastbourne area are seeking a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis to support internal and external functions.
As Sales Support Administrator you will mainly be responsible for:
- Full administrative support to the Sales team.
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with customers and all staff working in support of the team
- Indepth data entry and account queries
- Processing new account applications and setting them up on the system
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Office support - running, reviewing and acting upon various reports
- Reporting including monthly reconciliation and accounting for revenue adjustments monthly and year-end.
- Generate reports and provide analysis to support queries and investigations
- Other Tasks of an ad hoc nature such as projects or support for various departments
The ideal candidate has a varied all round administration background combined with a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
Good knowledge of the microsoft suite and systems in general will be useful.
£18-20,000 DOE + benefits
