Our client easily commutable from Fareham, Waterlooville, Eastleigh, Hamble, Netley and Gosport have a new vacancy to join their friendly customer service team on a permanent basis.
You will need to have at least 12 months office experience within customer service/administration.
The role involves:
Speaking to customers over the phone/email
Speaking to internal colleagues and providing updates
Update tracking on individual customer records
Dealing with enquires efficiently
Assist with preparing reports for the sales department
Provide admin support to the busy sales team
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to prioritise various emails in the busy in-box
Possess a helpful, cheerful nature
Ability to work to busy deadlines
