**SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR**

THE COMPANY...

Working for an established Interior Design company that has been trading for over 200 years who are well versed in assessing future trends in fashion, culture and interiors and translating these into collections for the home that combine functionality with on-trend looks.

YOUR NEW JOB...

The role is to cover maternity leave and will initially be offered on a 12 month contract basis. This role has every potential to go permanent depending on the business progresses over the next year.

Working as part of the sales administration team you will play an integral role with Company ensuring customers’ orders are processed on a timely basis and that sales team members are supported in their daily roles

This will include, but is not limited to:

* Sales Order Processing - You will be passed orders to process on internal CRM/Sales System (Microsoft Navision). These maybe emailed, faxed, hand written or generated via the website or sales order iPad system. Once fully trained you will be responsible for allocating the orders to the warehouse for picking and dispatch.

*Customer Service - You will be responsible for dealing with any incoming customer queries relating to Sales Orders / Delivery Dates / Proof of Delivery Requests etc. in a professional manner and adhering to any time constraints given to you by the customer.

*Process orders generated by the retail website.

*Dealing with any queries such as stock levels, stock availability, price queries etc.

*Taking calls - you will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls made to the main office number.

*Generate and send invoices to customers on a daily basis.

*Assist at month end with printing and mailing of customer statements.

*Send out samples/brochures to customers, collating & franking the outbound post.

*Assisting with product photography

*Assisting at Trade shows with displays and set up

Candidates must be focused and driven to achieve excellent customer service and sales support. They must be able to work closely as part of a team but also have the confidence and ability to work under their own initiative. An interest in interior design would be advantage. Excellent computer skills are a must as well as an articulate telephone manner.

WHATS ON OFFER…

£17 - £19K Salary,

Working hours 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
