Sales Support Administrator

Leeds City Centre

£18,500 - Temp to Perm

My client are currently looking for an experiences Sales Support Administrator to join their thriving sales team based in their Leeds City offices.

This is a fantastic contract opportunity for you to join an international firm that operates in over 70 countries as is a brand leader in their market

Duties of a Sales Support Administrator include;

  • Updating current client account records for the sales team
  • Running account reports
  • Producing reports through the in house system and excel
  • Managing any queries from clients and dealing with accordingly
  • Attending internal department meetings
  • Providing daily administrative support to the sales team
  • Setting up quotations on the internal systems

As a Sales Support Administrator you will have the following key skills and experience;

  • Experience using V -lookup and macros on excel
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Previous experience in a sales support role
  • Good knowledge of internal systems and Microsoft Packages
