My client are located in lovely offices close to the White Rose Shopping centre. They are currently looking for an Appointment Booker/Sales Support Administrator to join their committed and friendly team.
The role of Appointment Booker/Sales Support Administrator is a very important and challenging one. You will be making a number of outbound calls to generate leads and book appointments for the sales executives across the UK, as well as provide general admin support to the regional sales executives and sales admin team.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Making outbound calls and booking appointments
• Diary management
• Recording any leads on companies CRM system (Sales Force)
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Maintaining various company databases
• Typing customer correspondence
• Providing general administrative support to the Sales Executives and Sales Admin Team
Applicants must be well organised and have previous experience in similar role. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential and experience in using a CRM would be a big advantage, especially Sales Force. You must also have a good working knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel and Word in particular).
