Job title: Sales Supervisor
Hours: 37.5 per week

My client is a world leader in assistive software that provides life changing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. With the business continually growing due to phenomenal success they are recruiting a Sales Supervisor to guide their UK sales team in Worcester. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Sales Supervisor responsibilities:

" You will supervise, monitor and motivate the performance of the Sales and telesales team and support their performance and success
" Train and inspire the team to constantly deliver exceptional customer service
" Liaise with the Field Sales team, booking in visits with new and existing customers and provide quality leads
" Oversee the customers experience during quotation, ordering, billing and credit control functions
" Push you team to exceed targets, KPI's and sales performance

Sales Supervisor desired Skills and Experience:

" You must demonstrate a strong sales background with proven supervisory experience - minimum 1 year
" You must be a confident leader, articulate and a strong communicator
" Experience with CRM and ERP systems
" Computer literate with the ability to build strong working relationships
" Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results driven

The Sales Supervisor position offers a competitive basic salary of £25K which will increase following probation, plus OTE and additional company benefits.
