Sales/ Stock Administrator

An excellent opportunity has become available for Sales/Stock Administrator within the north of Glasgow on a temporary to permanent basis, starting immediately.

Working in a busy team environment the main duties of the position will include:

Receiving all customer & client calls

Processing Sales orders using SAGE

Management of all stock orders, processing delivery notes and ensuring stock is stored correctly in the warehouse

General administration duties

The successful applicant will have previous administration experience and a full driving licence. Candidates should be interested in progressing into the Sales team, carrying out external sales calls and visits.

You will also be PC literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
