Reporting to the Account Manager, the Site Representative is responsible for owning and driving strong relationships with the customers to ensure customer service levels are maintained and improved. Activities to deliver solutions that meet business needs, fundamentally driving a great customer service experience and ensuring targets are met.
Key role responsibilities:
Develop the customer relationship to ensure targets are met
Ensure customer is kept updated with orders and customer expectations are met.
Engage and develop relationships
Purchasing and Admin to ensure clear alignment and understanding of requirements; providing a proactive value added service.
Engage with Customers to ensure up to date understanding of changes, sales opportunities and new practices, ensuring continuous improvements.
